Jim is very thorough. I have been getting the run around by the VA since I initially filed in 2014 and just had my BVA hearing so I have not yet received a decision from the judge. I previously had the American Legion and then the DAV as representatives and they truly dropped the ball. Jim was able to show and explain to me where mistakes had been made and he also helped me to retrieve documents I thought had previously been submitted but apparently had not. He had everything typed up and organized and went over everything I should expect during my hearing and was able to put my mind at ease on many issues. I walked out of my hearing and recommended him to three other Veterans right there before even leaving the VA and I would recommend him to anyone else who takes the time to read this. I know attorneys fees may be a concern for some but I believe his rates are fare and definitely worth it if you are in the same boat as I was and just ready to throw in the towel. I felt very confident walking out of there knowing I had him working with me through this process.
